Zenith was struggling to manage 100+ daily deliveries using manual whiteboards and endless phone calls. We built them a custom system that automatically tracks their trucks using GPS and plans the fastest routes. Now, the system handles the hard work of dispatching, letting their team focus on growing the business instead of manual encoding.
The Bottleneck
Dispatching 100+ daily deliveries required 4 whiteboards, 50 phone calls, and manual address typing. Drivers were getting lost, packages were delayed, and the business could not scale.
The Engineering
We engineered a complete, closed-loop dispatch ecosystem. Orders are automatically ingested into an admin dashboard where an algorithm calculates the optimal route, instantly sending turn-by-turn directions directly to a custom Driver Mobile App.
