We built them a custom barcode scanning system that connects their warehouse directly to their office computers. Now, every single item is tracked accurately, and the system automatically reminds them when they need to restock.
The Bottleneck
Stocktaking was done manually on clipboards. By the time data was entered into Excel, it was already outdated. High-value materials were frequently lost, and reordering was purely guesswork.
